You have time of inspection if picking up or i'll give you 24hrs if shipped to check it out.
I will replace animal with proper one if possible or refund my choice.

I guarentee animal to be healthy at the time of sale.
I will discolse eating habits, temperature, and humidity requirements.
I typically do not keep feed and shed records on sub-adults or larger however I do keep feed and shed records on neonates that I produce.

If you require any other guarentees or info, please inquire before the sale and I will do my best to make you happy.

Animal Shipping

Shipping is done by Fed Ex.
Shipping rates vary from $45 for small animals to $150 for large and includes packaging and heat packs if needed.
This is to be paid up front unless other arrangements are discussed. (Some animals can be delivered to shows for free.

Cage Details

Return Policy
When a custom cage/rack is ordered, it cannot be cancelled or returned(no refund available) because labor(design time) and construction materials cannot be returned!
Ask if you have any other questions or concerns.

Cage Shipping

Smaller Cages
4ft cages and some racks are shipped through UPS which I will quote at time of order - this needs to be paid up front.

Larger Cages
Shipping is done through freight and is paid by you at the time of arrival.
Please inspect your cage(s) carefully before you sign for it as damage must be noted at this time!!
